Coffeeshop Mary Jane is a fairly new coffeeshop in Maastricht. Previous know as coffeeshop Lucky Luke.
This shop is located in the old center close to the train station and easily accessible by public transport or car.
Before you can get inside of the coffeeshop, you need to show your ID and proof of residence at the booth. When everything is good, they unlock the door electronically, and you can enter.
On first sight, the coffeeshop is very trendy with a very stylish lounge feel to it. High tables and chairs to the right and stools at the bar.
The big fridge in the back of the bar contains a massive assortment of drinks. You’ll find all favorite classic beverages but also a lot of bio lemonades and even San Pellegrino.
I manage to spot a list of food that you can order here as well. Pizza, sandwiches and some quick finger food is ready when the munchies hit. Coffeeshop Mary Jane is one of the only shops that offers to serve a glass and ice with your drink. Not to forget the fantastic milkshakes that they make.
A display at the end of the bar displays a large variety of strains. They have classic strains listed like Strawberry Diesel and Amnesia. If you’re more into the kush like strains you’re in for a treat; Karmarado, Cherry Pie, Scott’s OG are just some to name.
A mix of new school hashes like Liberty Haze and old ones like Acapulco Gold. A few strains that are listed are also available as pre-rolled joints. They have one pure joint called The Tarantula. It’s not only pure cannabis, but they also dip the joint in oil and kief. .
After buying something good to puff, you can either sit at the bar or go into the smoke room which is separate from the bar area with a glass wall.
With purple light and a long comfy leather couch around the wall accompanied by tables and stools. On one wall a big sign stating “smoke weed every day” and there is a big tv playing sports. Framed pictures of celebrities smoking are hung throughout the shop and a broad range of different music is played ranging from hip hop, electronic music, top charts and rap and reggae.

The Scots OG is wonderful and very terpy. Beautiful clean burn as well and white ash. The strawberry Diesel give a wonderful high with amazing flavors of wild strawberry’s and Diesel undertones. A delight to see such nice quality flowers.
There is a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely worth visiting when your visiting Maastricht.
