According to trademark attorney Josh Gerben, it appears that the serial entrepreneur has filed a trademark for his virtual cannabis firm.

According to Gerben, Snoop Dogg filed a claim for “UNCLE SNOOP’s” on June 14. The brand will offer “downloadable virtual items, such as virtual apparel, virtual accessories for smoking, and virtual cannabis. Additionally, the brand is expected to include a spectrum of image, audio, and video NFTs and pre-rolled hemp cigarettes.
