- 1 ½ cups water
- ¼ cup of rice vinegar
- 1/8 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cannabis-infused vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Tools
- Strainer
- Saucepan x 2
- Wooden spoon – (make sure it’s wooden)
What Is Sushi?
Sushi originated in Japan and normally combines a nori or seaweed wrap, a fish base, vegetable or fruit, and rice as a filler.
While technically, traditional sushi is typically prepared raw, if you’re not okay with that, just steam your meat of choice instead of using raw.
What Type Of Sushi Are We Making?
The cannabis-infused sushi that we’ll show you how to make today is generally made using raw sushi-grade salmon, rice, and an avocado filling.
It looks incredible when all wrapped together and cut, and while today’s recipe doesn’t call for spicy mayo- I love it on everything so I dip my sushi in that, as well as soy sauce and wasabi.
