Stoners Have To Cancel Amsterdam Trips After The Government Announces New Covid Rules

After the Dutch temporally Government implemented new covid rules people are canceling their trip to Amsterdam.

Numerous tourists who had planned a trip to Amsterdam share on social media they are not coming anymore.

According to many disappointed cannabis enthusiasts from Germany and the UK, the new rules make it not worth it. The new rules have been in effect since Saturday 13th of January.

Due to Covid cases rapidly increasing in the Netherlands, the Government decided to close all restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and essential stores at 8 p.m.

Non-essential store must close at 6 p.m. To sit down in a coffee shop or bar/restaurant, you also need a QR code that shows you’re vaccinated, tested negative within 24 hours, or recovering from a Covid infection. The takeaway will be available for all with a mask until midnight, including coffee shops. But this is about to change as well.

The Government is planning the implementation of the 2 G rules. This would make it impossible for unvaccinated people to enter bars or restaurants even when you are covid free and tested.
