As you might have seen, Shawn Kemp is now the proud owner of a dispensary in Seattle. While talking about the effects of weed on your body, Kemp made a revelation of his own about smoking weed while in the NBA.
Kemp talked about his experience with weed and even noted that he used it during his time in the NBA. Kemp said
When I played, absolutely we smoked pot back in the day when we played. We was responsible with it but we definitely smoked. For me, with arthritis and different pains in your body, [marijuana] is the perfect solution. Sometimes guys don’t like to pop the pills, some guys, they don’t wanna take those chances, so this is another way of taking care of yourself professionally, with doing it the right way.
