- 1 tbsp EACH: cayenne pepper, pepper,smoke paprika, mustard powder & salt
- 1 litre buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce
- 6 pieces Chicken drumsticks
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Canola oil for frying
Directions
- Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with a half tablespoon each of cayenne, paprika, mustard powder, salt and pepper (you’ll use the remainder of these ingredients in a later step). Once finished, add the buttermilk and hot sauce to bowl.
- Double dredge the chicken like this:
- Next, dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour and place on a separate wire rack until each piece of chicken is fully coated.
- Heat canola oil to 360-375 F in a pan or deep fryer. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 6-10 minutes (until chicken is cooked through and golden brown).

What Ingredients Do I Need?
We’re going to let you in our little secret! Here’s what you’ll need to make incredible fried chicken, with the weed waffle recipe below.
- Cayenne pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Mustard powder
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Buttermilk
- Buffalo hot sauce
- 6 pieces of chicken – drumsticks are the best!
- All-purpose flour
- Corn starch

3.5 grams decarbed weed
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 11 oz maple syrup
Directions
- Combine cannabis and coconut oil in a canning jar, seal tightly.
- Boil water. Add canning jar to simmering water for 2 hours so that it is fully covered.
- Remove the canning jar from the simmering water and let cool. Once cooled. strain the infused oil through a cheesecloth and metal strainer. Wring the cheesecloth to get all the remaining liquid.
- In a bowl, combine 1 ounce of the cannabis oil with 11 ounces of syrup. Blend or mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of cannabis oil. Pour into a sealable jar or container.

You can go the easy route and buy a box of waffle mix (which, to save time, is great) or you can make it from scratch – this is entirely up to you.
The weed-infusion portion of this recipe lies in the maple syrup – so pick your poison!
How To Eat Waffles & Chicken
Prepare your waffle mixture while chicken is cooling and use a waffle maker for your yummy waffles.
Use the infused maple syrup over top of your waffles, chicken, and everything!
