  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup carrot shredded
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ginger fresh & grated
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 12 square spring roll wrappers
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tbsp red curry
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place pork in a medium saucepan.Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Remove from heat and drain.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together pork, cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro, and sesame oil. In a separate small bowl mix cornstarch and water.
  • Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of spring roll wrappers. Roll wrappers around the mixture, folding edges inward to close. Moisten fingers in the cornstarch and water mixture, and brush wrapper seams to seal.
  • Arrange spring rolls in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, until hot and lightly browned. For crispier spring rolls, turn after 10 minutes,
  • Sauce
  • Add all the ingredients, except water, to a pot and cook over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and everything is heated.
