1/4 cup cannabis coco-oil / cannabis canola oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 18 muffin cups with paper cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, and milk, eggs, and vanilla, until well combined.Fold in sour cream until just combined.In a medium bowl stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold flour mixture into liquid mixture, mixing until just barely combined.Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips.Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling 3/4 of the way full.Sprinkle tops of muffins with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until tops are firm and a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out almost clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
