  • 3 med bananas ripe
  • 1/4 cup cannabutter

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan.
  • Use a fork to mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth, stir in melted cannabis butter. You can also use a hand mixer on low. Do not over mix.
  • Mix in baking soda and salt, stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract and then mix in the flour.
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes to one hour at 350°F (175°C), or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool, enjoy!
