As summer slowly closes, it’s time to say a sad and tearful goodbye with the Best Weed Summer Salads.
Salads are, in my humble opinion, one of the easiest and tastiest ways to enjoy cannabis.
They are refreshing and satisfying – with bursts of flavours and subtleties like herbs and spices.
It’s time to get high.
What Do I Need For Weed Summer Salads
One of the main stars of a good weed summer salad? Cannabis oil. It goes with just about anything, and a little drizzle on top of arugula or Boston lettuce makes everything taste amazing.
So how do you infuse oil with cannabis? Easy! And I’ll show you:
Cannabis Oil Recipe
Equipment
- Baking or Cookie Sheet
- sauce pan
- Double Boiler
- Mesh strainer or cheese cloth
- Seal-tight container for oil
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup ground cannabis decarbed.
Instructions
- Heat oil and decarbed cannabis. 1) add oil and decarbed cannabis to double-boiler, slow cooker, or saucepan, and simmer on low for 2-3 hours. Make sure the temperature of the oil stays between 160-200ºF.
- Strain and store the oil. Put mesh strainer or cheesecloth over container for oil and pour the oil/cannabis mixture through it. Do not squeeze it out—this will add more chlorophyll to your oil and make it taste more vegetal. Discard the plant material. The oil will have a shelf life of at least two months and can be extended with refrigeration.
1. Watermelon Salad With Weed
If this doesn’t capture summer, I don’t know what does! This salad is super yummy, juicy, and hits the spot in every single way.
Cucumber, feta watermelon, red onions and cannabis oil combine with other fabulous ingredients to elevate this salad.
Simple? Yes. Gorgeous? You bet!
Flavour? Unreal.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cannabis oil
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
Watermelon Salad
- 5 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/3 cup feta crumbled
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1/3 cup mint leaves torn
- 1 dash sea salt
Instructions
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the cannabis oil, lime juice, garlic and salt.Arrange the watermelon, cucumber, and red onions on a large plate or platter. Drizzle with half the dressing. Top with the feta, avocado, mint, and drizzle with remaining dressing. Season to taste and serve.
2. Cannabis Rainbow Salad
Bursting with summer-fresh colours and flavours, this vibrant salad is easy to make, and even easier on the eyes!
Bring it to your next 420 potlucks or end-of-summer BBQ and everyone will want seconds if not thirds.

- Large salad bowl
- cutting board
- sharp knife
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs pre-cooked grilled chicken strips chopped into cubes
- 1/2 cup baby kale chopped
- 1/4 cup red cabbage chopped
- 1/4 cup brussel sprouts shaved
- 1 med plum diced
- 1 med peach diced
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- mix together the kale, cannabis leaves, red cabbage and shaved Brussels sprouts for the base of your salad. Spread evenly among your bowl or meal prep container.Top with plum, peach and blueberries.Top with cooked chicken.
- Drizzle your delicious cannabis-infused salad dressing over top and enjoy!
3. Cannabis-Infused Salad
Refreshing and crisp – creamy and infused with weed salad dressing! You can liven it up with any ingredients you like, or stick to the recipe below – completely up to you – but it’s going to blow your mind, guaranteed!
This is like a take on a classic caesar salad, but with an oil-based infusion.
Equipment
- cutting board
- sharp knife
- Large salad bowl
- tongs
Ingredients
- 2 slices thick bread cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dash salt & pepper each
- 1 small head of romaine lettuce
- 6 tsp garlic freshly minced
- 2 tbsp parmesan grated
- 1 cup cooked or grilled chicken cubed
SALAD DRESSING
- 1 1/2 lemons juiced
- 1 cup parm cheese grated finely
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 cup cannabis milk
Instructions
CROUTONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a rimmed baking sheet, season bread cubes with salt, pepper, and the olive oil. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let croutons completely cool.
SALAD
- On a cutting board, combine garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Transfer to a large bowl and whisk in lemon juice. Gradually whisk in 6 tablespoons of cannabis salad dressing. Season with pepper. Just before serving, add croutons and lettuce. top with Parmesan.(add grilled chicken if you are using that)
DRESSING
- Mix together lemon juice, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in cannabis milk. You can add some water to make the dressing as thin or thick as you like
